Fixed Base Rent: This amount never changes throughout your stay.
Variable Utilities: Each month, we calculate the actual utility costs and share the bills with all roommates. These figures are updated right here on quietandclean.com so you can track historical trends (typically higher in winter, lower in summer).
How it works for your first month: Next month, your total price may shift slightly based on usage. On the 9th of the month, we will send you the updated utility total. You will then have two weeks to review the new price. If the total doesn't work for your budget, you are under no obligation to accept the rental offer for the following month.
The bottom line: Next month will be very close to this month's "all-in price". We will send you the breakdown on the 9th, and if you think it is too high for your budget, you can simply choose not to accept our rental offer for the following month.
