Your first rental offer
From the example below
you will see the "Total Due" and the "Please etransfer" and a "When you arrive please pay". The reason we have this is for the following reasons. #1 we realize you do not know us, and you do not know that we are a trustworthy company, therefore we only require you to send us half the rent. We share the risk of the rental with you. This half rent is non refundable. This means, that if you find a cheaper room, and want to switch, we will keep the deposit for the reason being that once we receive your deposit, we mark the room rented and say no to all further inquiries. And rooms, unlike other goods, can not be resold in a momements notice, they usually take atleast 2 weeks to re rent if not longer, unless it is an excpectionally high demand time, but these are rare occurances. Unlike the rent deposit, the damage deposit and coop deposits are fully refundable. This means, we will return 100% of your deposits.
Our utilities included?

But each month we do adjust, so I guess I should say, yes for the first month and for the second month, price should be pretty close if people act responsibly, and you can always leave if you get an offer for the next month is too high. Eventhough the price does change month to month, you are never stuck with a high utility bill!
What utilities included?
Yes for the first month but you will see in your rental agreement, it is broken up by base rent and utilities which equals the amount we advertised the room for. The utility price you can find on our website for this house. Again, you will see that there is a base rent and a utiitiyprice that will equal the advertised price
