(typically higher in winter, lower in summer).
How it works for your first month: Next month, your total price may shift slightly based on usage. On the 9th of the month, we will send you the updated utility total. You will then have two weeks to review the new price. If the total doesn't work for your budget, you are under no obligation to accept the rental offer for the following month."
The bottom line, next month will be close to this month's "all in price" and we will send you the price of utilties on the 9th and if you think "wow it iw way ier" you can simply not accept our rental offer for next month.
