• all the following steps has to be notified in a message on payment tracker
• complete move out form
• Please return your key to your AR
• remove food in cupboards
• remove food in fridge
• damage and coop deposits, can take 7 days to get back to you because we or the neatkeeper visits the room to check the move out form. We don't due same day damage deposit returns because we don't have the staff to drive to your house the day you move out
• pack up up dishes package and check condition
• if you want a landlord reference, we can provide, just let us know, you can get a letter, a phone number, or a verified reference on Landlord References
