- Fill in move in inspection form (see below)
- Connect to wifi, homeowner should have sent wifi code
- Send photos of room to moveinpics07@gmail.com
- text owner and owner will textback code for room keys!
- • Your cupboards and shelves in fridge should be clear of food and ready for you
- • complete move in inspection within 3 hours and send 6 pictures (floor, matress, furniture, kitchen, bathroom living room) move in pics to move out pics 07 @ g ma i l
- • log into SweepNsleep.com, this is where you can get your next month's rental agreement and, each monday our "neatkeeper" comes to the house and check's chores and cleans what needs to be cleaned. Use your email and your initial password is related to your room Feel free to reset it once you log in.
- • watch you text messages on Tuesday. On tuesday you should get a text that tells you what to for this weeks cleaning chore is. Tuesday to Saturday, just sort of maintain the area and on Sunday do a deep clean If you are on kitchen, maintenance means emptying the kitchen garbages almost daily and putting dishes on the drying rack away every night. For kitchen, you are also dish-police, please patrol for roomies who don't do their dishes and tell us via the downlow-feedback link
- • We do not supply sheets and blankets or cutlery or plates or forks or cups. If you are coming in late, we can supply a loaner kit of such things but require them back in 1 week or you can buy them for the price listed on it (we sell same price we paid at value village), let us know in advance if you need this kit.
