Tuxedo is a great neighbourhood, close to Downtown,Close to shopping, close to SAIT, close to Peters Drive Inn! Right across from bus stop, on Centre street Share a two bedroom basement apartment. inner city, lots of windows, yard, pets ok PICTURES BELOW!

Excellent location off Centre Street. This suite is located in a house built in the early 1960's and the house is divided into two suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. Lots of windows, newly repainted. Looks great! Separate entrance, free washer dryer. Ten minute bus ride to down-town, lots of great restaurants, close to major roads such as Centre Street, Deerfoot and 16th avenue.

Share quiet apartment with one other person. We have a shared cleaning schedule. Located right across the street from the bus stop. Leave your house at 8:00 and be at work downtown at 8:10! Bus runs every 15 minutes.


Shopping: Enjoy living in this established inner city neighborhood with easy access to downtown, transit, and major arteries. Big yard, lots of parking. There are a great deal of restaurants close by including a Pizzeria across the road and an Italian Bakery down the street. Superstore is 7km north of our house and Safeway is 3 km towards downtown of our house.

Recreation: We are close to Confederation Park which as 10 acres of green space including tennis courts, bike routes, and a baseball diamond. Also, there is climbing gym just down the street. Lastly, there is a swimming pool 7 km north of the house. Transportation: Ten minute bus ride to downtown. For drivers, we have great access to Centre Street, Edmonton Trail, and Deerfoot Trail. For those on public transportation, we are a 10 minute bus ride to downtown and the bus stop is 50 metres from our front door and the buses run every 10 minutes. Very convenient!

Parking: There is street parking and a drive way to park in. Also, there is parking around back. There is no covered/garage parking available.

About the lease: I generally like to start with a 1 month lease. That way, if you are not 100% satisfied, you are not stuck. After the 3 months, generally we go on a month to month type of arrangement.

We are blessed with the best bus service in Calgary. The bus #3 goes right directly downtown. It goes straight down Centre Street with no diverstions. It takes only 10 minutes to get downtown and from there you can access the LRT System. The bus stop is 1 block away, it takes less than 1 minute to walk to it. Also, this is one of the most frequent bus routes in Calgary, running every 15 minutes.
