House is located between the University and SAIT, 10 minute walk to the C-train and shopping, and a 5 minute walk to fast food restaurants. This is a house for folks in their 20's, it is social but still quiet and clean. Roomies are made up of University students, SAIT Students, and young folks starting their careers. This 6 room house shares a common kitchen and living room and 2 bathrooms so following the cleaning schedule is very important along with cleaning up after yourself and this is monitored by weekly Grandma cleaning trips. Please see the house rules before applying to make sure this house fits for your. Rental agreements are 1 month term and the price can vary depending on utility usuage.

    When I think of this space, I envision it to have mature unviveristy or SAIT students and kind of fit my experiene at Grad School. Interesting conversations but also quiet, and pretty clean, and organized allowing you really be clean minded and get good work done at home. Also, be a friendly support group as your pursue your goals. With this in mind, here are some guidlines:

    Quiet, clean, and relaxed

    no lound music or tv's

    no dishes in sink, clean counters, and you can sit around and have a cup of tea and share ideas at night
