02/17/2026 Inglewood: Since February 1st, we've had a new tenant living with us. His rent is covered by his mother, but unfortunately, he's been causing problems from the start. He's been stealing food from the fridge, avoiding chores, and generally refusing to cooperate. Our house leader is understandably frustrated and wants him out right away. However, because of the lease terms, I can't evict him until February 28th. I've already spoken with my boss and clarified the situation with our AR, making sure everyone knows the timeline. For now, I'm documenting the issue and preparing to resolve it at the end of the month.
