About the Job:
Hey there! We're looking for a super organized and friendly person to be our *Head Roommate*. It is kind of the "Dad" role in making sure things get done, picking up things that are missed. This isn't your typical job - it's all about making sure our shared living space runs smoothly and everyone gets along. You'll be the go-to person for any issues or questions from the other roommates, and you'll help keep things neat and organized.
We do offer support. We follow up with biweekly coaching sessions. You will also have access for help as situations arise.
What You'll Do:
- Be the Main Contact: You'll be the point person for all the roommates. Got questions or problems? They'll come to you first.
- House Meetings: Organize regular hangouts to talk about house stuff and sort out any issues.
- Conflict Mediator: Help settle any roommate disputes in a friendly and fair way.
- Keep Things Tidy: Make sure common areas stay clean and that everyone pitches in. You'll also set up a chore schedule so things don't get chaotic.
- Maintenance Coordinator: If something breaks, you'll get in touch with the landlord or a repair person to fix it.
- Money Manager: Collect everyone's share of the rent and bills. Make sure everything gets paid on time.
- Communication Bridge: Act as the middleman between roommates and the landlord, sharing updates and important info.
- Community Builder: Create a positive vibe in the house. Plan occasional fun events to keep things friendly and relaxed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: If you've lived in a shared house before or managed one, that's a big plus!
- People Skills: You're great at talking to people and resolving conflicts without drama.
- Organized: You can juggle different tasks and keep everything running smoothly.
- Money Savvy: You're comfortable handling shared expenses and keeping track of who owes what.
Other Stuff:
- Current Resident: You should either already live here or be willing to move in.
- Commitment: Be ready to stick around for at least 6 months.
- Reliable: We need someone responsible, proactive, and with a good attitude.

Quick Tips:
- Payments: All our tenants pays all the 15th from the previous month to hold their room, and the 1st. For example: for Feb agreement the tenant will pay half amount Jan 15th and second half Feb 1st.
- Chores: We have a deadline for chores all Sundays. So roomies must complete chores before Sunday ends so you send your Neatkeeper report all mondays.
- Showings: We will request you to help us on showings, but we will notify you with enough time so you don't have to rush.
